Please join us in congratulating the Stakeholders Institute Class of 2012 as they graduate and are inducted into The Stakeholders Inc. The Stakeholders Institute is an eight-month program designed to cultivate and educate emerging Philanthropists on how to best use their time, talent and treasure in the areas of Social & Civic Engagement, Arts & Culture, and Sustainable Communities. Every year, the Class chooses a local not-for-profit organization to do a group Capstone Project with. This year the Class of 2012 chose the Capital District Habitat for Humanity as the beneficiary of their Project.

The highlight of the evening will be a presentation by the Institute Class about their Capstone Project and how they used their time, talent and treasure to benefit their organization. Habitat for Humanity will be present to receive the fruits of the Class’s labors. We will also have distinguished Institute Alumni share their experiences after leaving the “nest” and flying as full-fledged Philanthropists in the Capital Region.
